However, we understand that issues can sometimes occur during shipping. Therefore, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund in the following situations:

Lost Parcels: If your package does not arrive or is confirmed lost by the courier, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.

Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
